While I was thinking about "Moving it to Lose it" last night I started cruising the internet. I don't even know how, but I stumbled across a great blog! Take a second to check it out! I am joining her group to run/jog/walk 650 miles for 2012. I am excited about this! I love that there will be others trying to reach this same goal. Hopefully we'll all be supporting one another and checking in with each other.
While perusing her blog, I also found a Virtual Run! ( 2nd-annual-freeze-your-thorns-off-5k.html ) It takes place January 28, 2012 and is a 5k. I know it is just a few short weeks away and I have by no means been training for a 5k, but why not give it a go! I might have to walk some of it. Hell, I might have to walk most of it, who knows!?!? The point is, I am going to be out there doing it! I have to "Move it to lose it" and I better start sooner than later! Anyone want to join me? In person or virtually?
