In the world of weight loss, I understand that this is a somewhat HOT topic. Either people are for it or against it. I have had people tell me that I need to reward myself with small things so I stay motivated a
nd others exclaim that the weig
ht loss in itself should be motivation and reward enough. I can see both sides to be honest. I know there are going to be those moments when I am stalling or, God forbid, even a gain. However, I am someone who needs that carrot dangling out in front of me. SO, I have chosen to reward myself for milestones during my weight loss journey! (I can call it that now because I am officially losing weight! HOLLA!)
This is what I have come up with so far. I am so excited to take a little time tomorrow and com
plete the first one! See, I feel motivated to tackle those next 5 lbs already! tee hee
10 lbs ~ ebook for my Kindle

I reward myself with weight loss I feel it not only motivates you but says congrats for the loss. Oh and this is too funny you posted this because I am giving away a ww subscription haha. You should comment to win.
That watch is really cool. It makes me want to get an iPod nano!
I like the idea of goal gifts. Not only do you get something cool once you reach a goal, but it's something to remind you of your hard work.
