I was so nervous and excited to weigh in this morning. I knew there was going to be loss because I am a scale addict and peeked pretty much every morning! I totally want to stop that too! This week I will shoot for peeking every other day and see how that goes! Baby steps people!
Anyway, back to the important matter at hand! Starting weight was 254.1. The heaviest I have EVER been (oh, except when I was pregnant with the boys). This week, I weighed in at 248.6. That is a loss of 5.5 pounds! I am very happy with this. I understand and am not naive though. The first week or two will be decent losses because my body is adjusting to moving and a new calorie intake. I am going to have to step up my game each week.
This week I did pilaties once and attempted it one other time only to be interrupted by children who were hungry. I did the elliptical once as well. These seem like small things, but truth be told, they are monumental for me. I got off my tushie and did something this week. Again, baby steps...but all steps forward.
Looking back on my daily and weekly goals, you can see that I did not meet them all.
Do something active.I never stop! But I mean exercise! Not met.
Track Weight Watchers Points Plus. Check
Eat Breakfast. Check
Eat all my points for the day. Check
Elliptical 3x a week. Not met
100 crunches 2x a week. Not met
Take a few hours just for me. Movie night with the girls/Check!
Read something positive Rereading a fabulous running book (more on that later)/Check!
This week, I commit to completing these goals. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I will use my elliptical and Tuesday and Thursday I will get my crunches in as well as continue to attempt my pilaties dvd.
