Current weight: 254.1

10% Goal: 229.1

Short term goal: Reach 10% by April 8, 2012 (Easter Weekend)

Long term goal: 160 (ideal weight according to Weight Watchers based on height and age)

Daily Goals: Do something active.
Track Weight Watchers Points Plus.
Eat Breakfast.
Eat all my points for the day.
Weekly Goals: Elliptical 3x a week.
100 crunches 2x a week.
Take a few hours just for me.
Read something positive.

Monthly Goals: Complete a 5k.
Spend an afternoon with a friend.
See a movie.
