Lunch Break!

My official Weight Watchers weigh in day is Tuesday, so I weighed in this morning at 200.0 lbs.  That's a 2 lb weight loss - I'll take it!

I'm at work, and I work at a desk.  There are always people in and out and it's not always a dependable time that I get to take a lunch break.  I am fortunate that we have a kitchen in our temporary office, so I have a fridge and stove.  I generally bring a few things up to munch on gradually.  My lunch choice today is 4 Points+.  I'm having 2 Tbsp of hummus, 8 sea salt Melba toast pieces, and some baby carrots.

This morning I had 2 Nutri Grain waffles - the low fat ones and a banana.  It has lasted me until about 1:30, so that's good.  I did have 2 cups of coffee today, but I kicked the sugar in my coffee habit a while ago.

Here's a peek at my lunch.  Mmmm!  Yay for 1 Points+ hummus!  I am being a good girl and drinking water, too.

Looks good and congrats on the loss I'm crossing my fingers for a good wi for me this week too. Where did you find a 1pt hummus?

Yummy Hummus!!!! I picked some up at BJs today because you had me craving it after I saw this picture! Mine is 1 points plus a tablespoon. Not too bad.

Congrats on the weight loss and the yummy looking lunch! You are doing great!

The hummus was purchased at Roche Bros and it's called Cedars Roasted Garlic and Chive. It's super yummy. My husband also bought me the sun dried tomato this week, so I'll be trying it out soon. :)

I'm keeping the hummus and carrots in the fridge at work, so they're right there and easy.
